Copytrack - Droits d'auteur

Bonjour,rnrnIl y a quelques jours, j'ai reçu un email en anglais d'une société allemande (CopyTrack) qui gère les droits d'auteurs pour les auteurs de photos. En effet, sur mon site Internet j'ai, sans en avoir réellement pris conscience, utilisé des photos sans en détenir les droits. Depuis elles ont toutes été supprimées. Seulement, cette société me demande aujourd'hui de payer une somme énorme (environ 2.000 €) pour les avoir utilisées.rnrnLe site Internet que je possède est un site personnel (j'y ai tout de même mis des publicités uniquement pour me permettre de couvrir les frais d'hébergement ce qui suffit à peine) qui n'a jamais eu vocation à m'assurer un salaire ni même à améliorer mes fins de mois.rnrnQuelle attitude dois-je adopter ?rnrnJe me suis renseigné sur divers forums et beaucoup conseillent d'ignorer les mails et les relances de cette société. You would retain the right to rncontinue using use the image.rnrnWithout a retroactive licensing a legal enforcement of the license and damages will be inevitable.
