Changement"Salarie en Mission d'Employer

HelornI would like to know some important things regarding Changes in "Salarie en Mission rnrnd'employer".Actually I am from India and currently I am in Paris(On Site),and currently rnrnworking for a Bank here but I have a visa of type "Salarie en Mission".But i would like to rnrnswitch from Indian Company and would like to join here in any Company.And my wife is also rnrnhere with visa "Dependent",Is it possible to apply the change of status in France or do I rnrnneed to go back to my home Country(India).And one more thing I would like to know that how rnrnmuch time the visa process for me and my wife as well.rnThanks
